DAHSAR is a New York City–based advertising production studio founded by Rashad Rastam. Rashad’s work sits at the intersection of art, entertainment, community, and luxury.

Rashad began his career as a concert photographer before transitioning into streetwear and menswear buying. His practice evolved into curating independent gallery exhibitions, producing merchandise, executing wheatpaste and billboard campaigns, photography, and leading collaborative brand projects — all under DAHSAR.

Today, Rashad hosts Wear Many Hats, a mindfulness-driven podcast featuring conversations on work, culture, and purpose. He is also the founder of Matsar, a food and beverage wellness brand rooted in his Malaysian heritage.
